With an image, sketch or even a simple idea, our designers can create you a truly one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry, whether it’s a remount or a completely new ring. STEP 1: DESIGN CONSULTATION

Come in anytime to either of our two store locations and sit down for a free consultation with one of our experienced staff members. In this first step we will help inspire you with designing a piece from products in store, images from online or from one of our many catalogues. While in the first step we will come up with a design idea and possibly draw a sketch and outline anything you desire in your piece. We can use existing stones and jewelry or start from scratch.
Although booking a custom appointment ahead of time isn’t necessary, it can allow our staff members to better prepare for your visit. Call or email today to schedule a consultation and make your dreams a reality!

STEP 2: CAD IMAGE DESIGN 

A CAD image also known as Computer Aided Design is where a design expert will create a computerized 3D design of your piece which then can be used to create a physical wax mold. During this step of the design process, the customer will be able to review the computerized image and the finished wax mold if desired. Also, during this step you will discuss with our staff any changes you would like to have made or any concerns that you need to address. Once your approval is received we will move on to creating your actual piece. At this time, you will also receive an estimated cost of your project.

STEP 3: CASTING & SETTING STONES

At this point using only the highest quality materials to meet your exact demands and requirements on gemstones our custom bench jeweler will cast your piece and set any stones into the mounting. This will involve taking precise measurements and matching stones with a highly trained eye. Our designer will work with us to ensure that the piece is made exactly as discussed

The custom jeweler will then check your piece to make sure it is 10 out of 10! He will check all prongs, stones and work for any integrity issues. He will then polish and clean the new custom piece!
